• Location Data: GPS location of company vehicles while the driver is actively on duty or assigned to a job, for realtime tracking and dispatch.
• Driver & Account Info: name, contact details, driver ID, licence details, and employment-related records.
• Usage Data: app usage logs, timestamps, error reports, and device type for troubleshooting and service improvement.

How & Why We Use This Data

• Monitor vehicle condition and schedule maintenance to keep the fleet safe and operational.
• Dispatch and route vehicles efficiently and verify on-job locations.
• Investigate incidents, support drivers, and provide customer service.
• Improve our apps and services through analytics and reliability monitoring.

All processing is performed on a need-to-know basis and only by authorised personnel or service providers who help operate our systems.

Location Tracking — Important Note

We only collect and process vehicle GPS location while a driver is actively on duty or assigned to a job. We do not collect location data when a driver is logged off or off-duty. Any exceptional background tracking will be disclosed and consented to separately.

Data Retention

We retain operational and telematics data for the period necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, or for legitimate business purposes. Typically:

• Operational logs and diagnostics: retained for up to 12 months (or longer if required for investigations or legal reasons).
• Driver employment records and contract data: retained in accordance with employment law and regulatory requirements.

Sharing & Third Parties

We will not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, telematics platform) who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Emergency services, regulators, or law enforcement where required by law or to protect safety.
